Intensive Care Program (21 days)

Our Intensive Care Program is a 21 day tailor-made solution for people who are dealing with serious lifestyle management issues such as eating disorders (severe over or under weight), emotional traumas (PTSS), midlife crisis and self-esteem issues.

During your 21 day program you will receive, in addition to your Daily Plan, our Intensive Care Program Module.

The Daily Plan Includes :

• 17 Daily guided morning walks (1 per day except Sunday)
• 17 Meditation Sessions
• 17 Yoga Classes
• 17 Sport Classes (Tai Chi, Volleyball, Thai Boxing, Flex and Tone)
• 17 Thai Massage Sessions
• 17 Herbal Steam Room Sessions
• 17 Daily Workshops (Nutrition, Cooking, Lifestyle, Handicraft
• 20 Colonic Irrigation Sessions (self administered)
• 61 Life-Food meals (3 per day if you are not fasting)

The Additional Intensive Care Module Includes :

• Medical Check-up at a local Clinic on arrival
• A designated Personal Health Consultant
• 1 Bach Flower Remedy Counseling Session
• Road Map to Recovery Workbook by Nino Lambert
• 6 Spa Treatments (2 per week)
• 3 Psychological Counseling Sessions (1 per week)
• 3 Physical Training Counseling Sessions (1 per week)
• 3 Lifestyle Counseling Sessions (1 per week)
• 3 Nutritional Counseling Sessions (1 per week)
• Master Plan to implement on returning home (3 months)
• An additional 2nd daily Colonic Irrigation (if required)
• All other required herbal supplements, tea's and tinctures
• Airport Transfer
