Ingredients & preparation

  • Chopped Garlic 5 grams
  • Broccoli 120 grams
  • Onion 70 grams
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon
  • Mushroom Powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander 20 grams
  • Water 250 – 300 ml

1. Prepare saucepan low fire, add garlic.
2. Sauté the garlic (with a little water) for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add little water and the onion and simmer for 20 minutes and stir
4. Add a little water now and add more every few minutes to prevent the ingredients from burning
5. Add salt, cook a little more, and then add mushroom powder and soy sauce.
6. Add all the water and boil
7. Cook till the onion is tender, this process will take about 15 minutes (the longer you cook the onions the sweeter the taste.
8. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and boil further for a few minutes until the broccoli gets a nice fresh green color
9. Put the fresh raw cilantro in a blender, add the soup and puree the mixture until smooth
10. Serve and season with black pepper.
