Fruit salad is a delicious dessert that you can make in less than ten minutes and one that you can enjoy without gaining weight.

Fruit salad can also be a perfect way to start your morning, a great side dish at a daytime picnic or party, or the perfect snack during any time of day.

Pick up fresh fruit from the farmer’s market or your local grocery store and make sure that they are nice and ripe and ready to be made into a salad.

If they are not ripe enough, then the salad will be hard to bite and it is better for them to be a bit overripe than unripe so that the flavors blend.

When making do not add processed sugars or syrups but use the amazing flavors of the fruits themselves and as in this fruit salad we added orange juice for the liquid.

Ingredients: papaya, kiwi, banana, red and green apple, mango, orange, passion fruit, dragon fruit.

Cut up 100 gram papaya and 1 kiwi
Cut up 1/4 th of dragon fruit
Cut up 1/6 th of a mango
Cut up 1/8 th of a green and red apple
Cut up 1/3 th of a banana
Add 1 passion fruit

Juice one orange and add it to the fruit salad

Yummy, ready to serve !
