Coconut oil is an ingredient of excellent qualities that goes perfectly with cannabis. Compared to olive oil coconut oil contains 60 % more saturated fat. This causes cannabinoids to concentrate and lymp to oil very effectively.

Cannabis coconut oil has an extremely powerful effect and is a condensation of beneficial properties to prepare comfortably in our kitchen. We will need: 200 g of coconut oil and 7-10 g of flowers or cannabis leaves.

Chop the grass and pour it into a pot together with the coconut oil. Heat the mixture in a bain-marie for 6–8 hours over low heat, stirring occasionally. If necessary, add some water during cooking.

After cooking let cool and then filter. We have thus obtained a highly concentrated cannabis oil to be used in numerous recipes (in small doses I recommend!). We can add a few drops to the coffee, add it to the fruit centrifuges or use it in the preparation of a dessert.
