New Body and Mind appreciate this, so we have developed and formulated our program protocols and staff, so that you will receive the highest possible level of service and quality of ingredients, to make your stay with us life changing and unforgettable.

We only have a maximum of 14 clients at our retreats with a staff to customer ratio of 1 to 1, meaning that our team of practitioners, consultants , certified instructors and therapists will guide you through your journey of discovery and assist you to reach your goals.

New Body and Mind offers 3 basic programs, derived from our Master Plan and starting from 4 days in length.

The Daily Schedule

You are probably wondering what your typical day will look like during your program. You will be kept busy! We do encourage you to take part in all classes and other activities as we have found that full participation in the program yields maximum results. There are no classes on a Sunday, so on this day, you are free to relax or join one of our excursions.

07:30      Stretching Session
07:45      Swim
08:00     Breakfast
08.30     Yoga/ Stretching/ Meditation
10:00      Infrared Sauna
11:00       Workshop (various nutritional and lifestyle topics)
11:30       Colonic Irrigation
12:30      Lunch
13:00      Massage (90 minutes)
15:00      Exercise session (various sports and activities)
17:30      Dinner
18:00     Steam Room Session

Sunday is a rest day, although you still continue with meals, juices and supplements, all exercise sessions are self-managed and massages and colonics are available on request.

Also, we invite you to join our complimentary island tour, from 10am to 2pm.
